The architecture of Koshk Ahmad Shahi Tehran
The entrance of the building is located on the southwestern side of the palace, which leads to the palace via stairs and tiled ponds. Of the main features of this building are decorations and brick facades used throughout the exterior of the building. The ground floor of this building consists of a hallway with marble ponds in the middle with six rooms and two corridors around it.
The second floor of the building is composed of a central hall and a four-way all-around porch. The central hall of this floor was used as a music room, with wooden shelves on the four sides facing the windows. The porch consists of 26 columns with gypsum panels and six columns with a square shape and brick facade. The building that has lasted for about a century does not have a proper construction history and no definite architect. As mentioned, to this date, there has not been any citation to indicate the history of the building.
