IVF Fertility Treatment in Iran
What is the Fertility IVF treatment?
The process of pregnancy through IVF fertility is usually done in a specialized laboratory which involves extracting human eggs from ovaries. The method of extracting eggs requires activating the ovulatory process so, the women’s egg can be extracted. The retrieved eggs will be fertilized by sperms in the laboratory using high precision tools, and this process is performed outside of the human body. During this stage, the sperms and eggs are added to a liquid when skilled technicians carry out the fertilization process. After having eggs fertilized in the laboratory, they will be implanted and placed into the hosting woman’s uterus. The hosting person is ideally the natural mother, but on some occasions, a surrogate human body will be used to increase the chance of pregnancy.

What is involved in the fertility IVF treatment?
Check out the four primary steps you can expect during the in the vitro fertilization process.
Step 1: Ovulation Induction
The very first stage for vitro fertilization is ensuring the eggs are produced healthy. To do so, the IVF fertility specialist will monitor the cycle of egg releases and its timing. The IVF specialist will check the patient hormone level and take intensive care of patients to ensure eggs are produced as expected. Some patients use fertility medicine or other hormones to stimulate the ovaries, so the required eggs are produced. The number of available eggs for IVF process is important factors for increasing the success rate of IVF pregnancy. In the cases that patient is not capable of producing eggs, donor eggs can be used.
Step 2: Egg Retrieval
During this step in the IVF process, pain medication is given to reduce any discomfort. Then a very thin needle is passed through the upper vaginal wall. With the use of vaginal ultrasound, fluid is removed from the follicles under gentle suction.
Immediately after aspiration of the follicle, the oocyte (egg) is isolated from the funicular fluid. The egg is placed in a culture dish containing nutrient media and then transferred to the incubator.
Step 3: Fertilization
The next step of the IVF process is the fertilization of the egg. A sperm sample is secured, either from your partner or a donor, and the most active sperm is mixed with the egg in a special chamber. Sometimes the sperm is directly injected into the egg. Then, the sperm and egg are placed in an incubator and monitored to make sure that a healthy embryo develops.
Step 4: Embryo Transfer and Implantation
The final step of the IVF process is the embryo transfer. First, the embryos are examined to select the healthiest ones for transfer. To transfer the embryo(s), a speculum is placed into your vagina, and the embryo(s) are transferred via a small plastic tube placed through the cervix into the uterine cavity.
